Footloose and Funk 49?

I was listening to Funk 49 the other day and I suddenly realized how much the chords sounded like Footloose. Coincidence or did someone borrow heavily from Joe?

Now that you come to mention it, that's very interesting. I was trying to think what Footloose sounds like, and then I thought of Funk#49 and it came to me!
