The Eagles' Don Henley will play at a fund raiser for U.S. Senate candidate Andrew Rice at Cain's Ballroom on Sept. 5, Rice's campaign confirmed Friday.

Henley's concert will be one night before the group opens the new BOK Center in Downtown Tulsa.Tickets to the event are $250, $500, $1,000 and $2,300 in the form of contributions to the Rice campaign.

They can be obtained from Rice's Oklahoma City campaign office at 405-606-2288 or at http://www.actblue.com/page/henleyforrice.

The event is a private party and not listed on Cain's web site. Rice, a Democrat, is challenging long-time Republican incumbent Jim Inhofe.

One of my best friends and a HUGE Don fan lives in Oklahoma. I wish there was some way I could go to this with her!
