I found this tidbit on the web - haven't been able to find out any more about it just yet, though.

I think we need to contact Glenn's people and tell them they need to do a better job of informing us about these things! lol

Surely there must be photos of this. Surely there must be...

Trivia - I've been to Louisville with my parents as my father was visiting a university there. They took him to see Churchill Downs. The people we were staying with took us around town but it was so long ago I can't remember much, except accidentally driving across the Ohio River one day & ending up in Indiana for about a minute.

I've tried a bit of searching, but no luck so far. Even clicking on Glenn's photo doesn't help. It does seem as if he's done a few private shows this year. Just think how wonderful it would be to see him in a venue with only a thousand seats.

I think Kay is only interested in a much more private venue, lol.

I believe the Como Hotel is nice & intimate. Failing that Sutherland Entertainment Centre has a proper stage! :twisted: Getting really ambitious there's 'Tradies' - the Trades Union club at Gymea. For those of you shaking your heads these are suburbs in my local area.

Nope - I was thinking of something a little bit more private, Julie. ;)

Now, I may as well fess up - without thinking, the first reply that I wrote to Julie's post was "I know a place where Glenn can come." I reread it and thought to myself "Oh my gosh, I can't post that, it sounds naughty." Then I thought - "oh what the hell, it may be naughty, but it's true!" :blush: :twisted: http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/eek.gif

Nancy, I have soooo much work to do here! :twisted:

Cause I'm livin' on things that excite me,
Be they pastries or lobsters or love;
I'm just tryin' to get by being quiet and shy,
In a world full of pushin' and shove.

I'm a weird one. Despite the fact that I've talked about tons of naughty stuff on here, for some reason, I still blush when we speak of it without the use of romance-novel type euphemisms. But I'm sure one day I'll be fully corrupted and over this psychological block. ;)

romance-novel type euphemisms

What is that? Never heard about it. Or is it a problem of language? http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/devil.gif

Well, when you read romance novels in America, they tend to use phrases like "he was in the throes of passion" rather than "he was coming" lol. Yet they mean the same thing, so I don't know what my problem is!

LOL Ok, I'm a German and I go for the second phrase. http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smokin.gif But I also like the first one.
