No more Bootleg Artwork Site?!

I just received a few more Eagles shows in a trade and went to the Eagles Bootleg Artwork Site (http://www.sunsetgrill.net/artwork/) to see if they had any artwork for them, like I usually do. Imagine my dismay when I saw that all of the artwork is gone! I hope this isn't permanent!

I just had a look at it too, and can't bring anything up. I did save a few of the pictures, so if it's any help I'll send you what I have.

Thanks - it could very well be that you have some of the ones I need! I also have saved a few so if anyone else needs some.... hmmm.... maybe we can temporarily post the artwork here and then take it down if he ever puts his back up.

Haven't heard back from him, but I did look at his update page to see if he has posted any news there. He hasn't updated since late 2003. I think he finally just let it go. What a shame - I don't know of anywhere else where I can find a collection like that! And it sure is time-consuming to make one's own. :(

Well....we have all of them. We traded quite a bit with Jens before he started the site. I think he used photos from the Fastlane to make most of the artwork. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">

As L&M pointed out, they have all of those boots. There is also one guy who has more Eagles bootlegs than anyone else I've encounted. His name is Jared - I can give you his e-mail if you want. I do much of my trading with him. I know L&M have also gotten a great deal of material from him. He is pretty much the definitive Eagles trader. Of course you know where my humble trading site is, Dana!

How much of those are his work? I thought the site was more of a repository of artwork from many sources. Some of the covers look to be off of old LPs and such.

Yeah, I figured as much when I read that your site's live recording discography is sourced from his records. He's definitely very thorough!

I think about half are his work. You can usually tell which ones are scans and which ones are original work.
