The Eagles Club (http://www.therave.com) in Milwaukee (no, seriously; the building preceded the band by about sixty years) has these fabulous collages of photos on their walls, including a smattering of Henley during the Innocence era. I happened upon this one.... is this who I think it is??

http://pics.livejournal.com/adreamabove/pic/00014z98

Most of the photos I could place on the space/time continuum (CSN, Henley, etc.) seemed circa the late '80s or early '90s, and I'm not familiar enough with Mr. Walsh to know offhand his appearance during that period. I remember reading on the Walsh quotes thread that Ozzy toured with Joe at some point, and there are oodles of Black Sabbath photos...

Sorry about the glare; it's a photo of a photo. I do know the company who owns the rights to the picture, though, so please don't rip/distribute because it will become copyright infringement. (Nobody can precisely remember who it was.... rather grateful I was too young to experience the '80s.)

No doubt in my mind. If that ain't Joe, it's his evil twin!

Fabulous! Thanks.
I see a livejournal usericon in that photo's future!

Thanks for that, ABM. I want to go to The Eagles Club! If the name wasn't enough to tempt me, the words 'a smattering of Henley' is all the advertisement I need ;)

Haha! I'll have to go snap some of the Henleys and start a thread in the "desert highway" area.

Couldn't find anymore Walsh, though. :eyebrow: Love the shirt; he's my fashion icon.

Don't go alone. It's not in the greatest neighborhood.

Actually, it's just down the road from my son's college -Marquette.

Haha, I got my BA at Marquette. Got the hell out of dodge for law school, though; Wisconsin is agony. Summer lasts about ten minutes - I'm sure Glenn could corroborate the statement.

Yeah, not the greatest neighborhood. The owners keep trying to buy the surrounding houses (really shoddy ones) to plow them down and make nice parking lots; they want to clean up the entire neighborhood, but nobody will budge. It's almost comical how the city won't help them better the surrounding area. But now I'm off topic. Anyway.

Lots'o Ozzy, Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton... only one Walsh. Drat!

Well, we always say, if you don't like the weather in Wisconsin, stick around, it'll change in a few minutes!

And as for the neighborhood, I haven't seen a hooker walking on Wisconsin Avenue in years so that's something!!
