UK and US versions of "Heaven and Hell"

Hello there! Please excuse me if my question is redundant, but does anyone know if the UK and US versions of "Heaven and Hell" differ? The Amazon UK version is about 20 pages longer than the US version, which can be attributed to different formatting, font size, extra photos, etc. -- or to additional text content. Anyone? Thanks!

Since I haven't read the UK version my best guess would be that it is just a formatting difference. The UK version and the US version were published by different companies which could account for this difference. The only other difference that I know of is the publication date. The book was published in the UK a few months before it was published in the US. Whether or not this difference is due to the content being edited before US release I don't know.
