Hello everyone!
My name is Silvia and I live in Italy.
The Eagles band was my first musical love. I had a real obsession for them when I was 14/15 years old, especially for Don Henley who was always my favourite band member. I was totally in love with him :inlove: and still I believe he was a really handsome man and is a great singer. His voice is soo sexy.

My favourite Eagle is Glenn :heart:, but I am also a fan of Don. I must tell you, when I work out, I use Don music. "All She Wants To Do Is Dance" helps me to warm up. :wink:

I was looking at some old pictures the other day with my 6-year-old son and I found the proof of my deep madness for Eagles and Don Henley in the early 80's...
Look at my bedroom walls of that era... :nahnah: I even made a drawing on the wall portraying Don on drums and two copies of I can't stand still!

I don't have any artistic skills, I think I simply had a lot of spare time! I probably used to spend hours and hours working on that stuff and trying to reproduce the images as well as I could... but not the faces... I see I didn't draw his face in any of those drawings!
But yes, I was totally into that... My school mates had teenage idols posters on the wall (like Miguel Bosè, if you know who he is), I just preferred the Eagles.
I've always been a little "different", in my tastes...

Silvia, you are certainly artistically inclined! Your drawings are excellent - faces or no faces! You're like me - I also made drawings in the past leaving out the faces, as I didn't have enough confidence to pull them off. Later I started drawing portraits which came out okay, but it took me hours!

I love all the Eagles memorabilia on your walls - wonderful stuff!

I can identify with you completely - I'm also "different", but I enjoy being so. It's just more difficult to find people who identify with me, which can result in a lot of loneliness sometimes... :-(
