Okay...I found one review in "The Nation" which is one of Bangkok's newpapers. Try this: http://www.nationmultimedia.com/home/2011/02/22/life/EAGLES-SHAKE-OUT-SOME-FRESH-FEATHERS-30149171.html

No set list, but scanning the article quicky it indicates they dropped RMW, sang BOML. It not only sounds like the show was a rousing success (would we expect less from our boys?) but they are more on top of their game than ever!

Loved this comment near the beginning of the article:

Bassist Timothy B Schmit in particular has warmed to his personal popularity here. He used his every turn at stagefront to wai the fans and speak in the vernacular, including "Sanuk, mai?" and a much-appreciated "Phom rak Thai!"

Thanks for the review VOL. I thought it was great! I especially appreciated this...

And, in a truly welcome turn of events, singer-drummer Don Henley, Frey's fellow founding Eagle, was in a great mood. Maybe something was bugging him last time, when he stuck to business and had nothing else to offer. But on Sunday he was with the crowd, chatting, laughing, even mugging to the cameras.

I've seen it first hand, and boy does it make the show better!

Nice to see Timothy getting some lovin'!!!!

Love the pic of Tim and the young ladies (they were young ladies right-to be honest, wasn't exactly looking at who else was in the picture :hilarious:).

I liked that too. He should be happy not grumpy. :partytime: People pay enough to see him / them. How long will he be that way I wonder.

It's so refreshing to see such a positive, flattering, complimentary review. To be honest, I didn't expect anything less because (1) they haven't been there in six years, (2) it was a sell-out show, and (3) they ARE, after all the EAGLES!

That was a brilliant review & I thank them deeply for saying Glenn's & Don's voices were better than ever & that Glenn was still hitting the high notes during TITTL. Comments about Glenn's voice as opposed to the MC bit are not that common so I am grateful for that. Also I saw that shirt...

Just found a video of the guys in Bangkok on that normal video site, uploaded on Monday and it is already disabled for sound. :faint:Shame as there are some shots of the screens giving us close ups. I see Don is clean shaven and darker haired again. ;)

Found quite an interesting site...

Here is the setlist they apprently played in Bangkok.

not sure how reliable it is though:shrug:

No big surprises there if it's accurate.

Gonna point out that they did "Life's Been Good (Joe Walsh cover)". :hilarious: Funny how they added the whole (cover) thing on the solo songs.

The review for the Bangkok show indicated that although the set list was released in the press kits, they didn't follow what was on the list so I wonder just how accurate it is...Wishing someone who actually attended the show would post something.

Me too, VOL. But thanks to all of you who are searching for info about the Asian tour and posting it here. I've got to hurry and get a chance to catch up on this thread before those videos disappear.

Yes - you have to be on your toes when looking for concert vids! That's why I appreciate those who are more diligent than I am! Thanks, guys!

They haven't played ASWTDID for a while; the review said the only encore was TIE/Desperado; while it would be nice to think Bangkok got ALL the LROOE songs I am doubtful.
