Oh man! The beard again! Am I going to have to slide a razor on stage when I go to my concert in October?

I'm with you, Judy! Love his clean-shaven look so you can see the cute cleft in his chin. October? You mean November? If is the 11/5 show I'll meet you and we can shave him together! We may have to hold him down, but I'll suffer though it!

Ah, hearing you guys talking about going to shows makes me majorly jealous - but to our plotting American ladies - don't you dare touch that beard! Find other things to do with Don. ;)

I'm not going to Vegas. I'm seeing him Oct. 1. Front row. If I'm quick, I can shave him myself. If you want to come, you shave him, I'll hold him down. I know just where I'm going to hold him......

Thanks Koala, lovely finds there. With all the talk of Don's beard lets not neglect Glenn . And let me say he looks fantastic in that pic. Very trim and energetic. Oh how I would LOVE to see him performing live again.

Thanks Koala. You're the best!

I don't care how many times they play Take It Easy live, it's got to feel good to them to see and hear the audience' response when they recognise the first couple chords.

Well, when men of his age start suddenly wearing hats religiously, it's usually to hide that their hair's getting a bit thin on top! Of course, it could just be a fashion statement. ;)

When you consider the head of hair he had for the Hell Freezes Over Tour, its a cruel joke of the universe if he's losing it now. It was as long as Tim's. I still love 'em, though. :drummer:

According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Crago), Scott is 47.

He was born in 1963 (July, I think) so he's 48.
Maybe he's not "thinning" but just likes the look.
Me -- not so much.

I dated a red-head who was thinning at 35. It happens! He's still a handsome guy.

I did a search and found this sort-of-not-really review (its main item of interest is parking tickets, which is actually its own "story" here (http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.visir.is%2Floggan-maett-a-eagles-tonleikana%2Farticle%2F2011110608924)):

My nephew started to go bald at about 26 - Love him...........I suppose it's the same sort of thing - I started to go grey in my early 20's!

Scott was definitely thinning in Australia.

I'm glad there's one photo from Reykjavik at least.

One of my nephews took after his dad and went near to bald in his early 20's. He's now 40 and nothing much grows so he shaves it to be bal.

Nancy, I saw that 'review' you posted too and got confused about the handball and parking references. :eyebrow:

sodascouts
06-13-2011, 03:13 AM
lol. From what I can tell, the Icelanders received warnings at the handball game that there would be a zero-tolerance policy for illegal parking starting at the next show - which happened to be the Eagles show. Poor Eagles fans are victims of a crackdown on illegal parking!

Mirrors on the ceiling... pink champagne on ice... and they said, "If you park illegally here, you must pay the price"

Sorry, it's late in America! lol

My son (28) has kept his head nearly shaved since high school. It was the popular thing for high school basketball players in the late 90's and early 2000's and he now can't stand to have hair on his head. It bugs him! I've begged him to grow it for years. Then he actually tried to grow it this past winter and decided he was balding in the back and buzzed it all back off. It got all of a quarter inch long. I've finally given up wanting him to have hair. His fiancee doesn't know if she would like it either since she's never seen him with much. Well, take it from Momma, he was adorable with hair!

He's adorable without too though! lol

I loved Scott's long hair back then!
