I was watching on my local channel which now cuts to Regis & Kelly (or whatever it's called) and then at 10, goes back to The Today Show where, I'm assuming they will have the interview. In the meantime, I am turning it to the Chicago station, which is an hour behind us here, and will watch the last hour all over again, and see Glenn once again. ;)

Ooh, I hope someone can get that interview recorded. My DVR is only going to record through 9 am, and our local stations don't come back to Today at 10.

The interview was great. He looked great. He said singing these songs is completely different than singing rock and roll. Matt asked his 'other band' would be coming to the area soon, and one of them asked about being on the show. Glenn just smiled and said they might, that he'd go back and tell them how much fun he had. Ha, I'll believe it when I see it.

He mentioned the show at Town Hall and the rest were just 'other dates on the East Coast'.

The interview was very short and he didn't say much new. He said that he was doing this for his parents, he enjoys performing the music and how different it is (for him) to perform this type of music rather than the Eagles or his previous solo music.

Ha, mine just stopped working so I missed seeing him before he performed. I got the performance recorded, and the interview afterwards, but I can't download it to anything. I've got to call DirecTV and get different DVRs.

Oh man, can't believe I didn't get this recorded. That's what happens when you can't be on The Border every day!

It's on the link I posted earlier Brooke.

Loved the part in interview where they told him to bring by "the other band" someday. Said he was going to tell them how much fun he had and he'd get them there. I HOPE!!!!!

I just saw it here in central time. I had fallen asleep on the couch so thank God I woke up in time - although with the streaming video, I can see it again and again anytime I like!

His suit was very snazzy. Did you see the guy with the standup bass in the back? I wonder if he'll bring along any other new players for his tour.

Did anyone notice that he said he can't wait to do another one? He seems to be having so much fun with this one he just might. We never thought that he would actually do this one!

Thanks for posting the link, Willie! I frigged up my PVR so I only got the interview recorded. I can't download either so it will be stored in the "saved shows' until it is erased & I know Harold won't leave it on there indefinitely.

Can the video be downloaded from the NBC site the same way we did with the "After Hours" video?

I have a stupid non-American question about Route 66. He appears to be singing 'Barstow' to rhyme with 'cow'. I assumed it was 'Barst-oh'. Can someone tell me which is correct?!

I have always heard it pronounced Barst-oh and that's how I say it...

I noticed that a while ago. I'm watching for the "After Hours" video to appear. Am I crazy to think that it may be put up today?

Maybe they will. It would be very appropriate to do that today.

I guess he will release After Hours as a single..... Maybe?
