I got an email from the official Eagled store that the HOTE merchandise will be on 25% discount until Sunday evening. However when I clicked the shop now link only the regular prices were displayed - no discount and no code. Has anyone else seen this?

I haven't gotten such an email yet. Their mailing list is quite large, it takes a while to get them all out sometimes. Or I missed it. All I can say is keep trying!

GA -the 25% sale last Christmas was like that. It shows the regular prices up front and then takes the discount at the check out page.

I got the same email today - its for the 'Tour Merchandise' department but the link to that page is not working so they must be updating it ?? I'll check again later :)

Keep trying as it was working for me. They have 2013, 2014 & 2015 tour merchandise.

Has anyone managed in fact to access this discount? I would like to purchase the satin jacket but the discount would give me a saving of $50. However it doesn't seem to come up on my feed.

GA - I went on there as well, and the items I wanted to purchase weren't discounted either, so I guess only selected items are reduced. :eyebrow:

I was able to order a black Greatest Hits T shirt. It indicated in the item description that there was a 25% discount on that item that would be taken at checkout & it was given to me when I finalized the order.

Did anyone else order merchandise during this promo? I ordered my tee shirt on August 17 & it was shipped on the 20th of August. UPS has shown it as "In Transit" since then. I contacted them recently & was told that I should have had it by now, but that I should contact the sender. Contacted them today through chat (I was unable to find a phone number on their site or the Eagles Store site. I was informed that international orders (ie. to Canada) could take up to 10 working weeks & to contact them if I hadn't received it by Nov 27. Does this seem right?

BTW, I rec'd a confirmation email as a result of the "chat" which gives a phone number. I haven't tried it yet to see if it works. :brickwall:

That doesn't seem right. I ordered a shirt during the sale and it arrived within a week.

My experience with the Eagles site chat bots, or humans who act like hostile bots, is they are ignorant and unhelpful.
