Turn To Stone is back in the set list, at the expense of Shadows. Viewing a few audience clips of Shadows, I thought the band were struggling with it but it's disappointing that the set list is gradually reverting to, tried and tested, as Joe continues to promise surprises.

In Joe's defence, surprises are much harder to spring in the internet age but barring Mother Says, Joe was playing all these songs 12 months ago.

I'd have proffered it, if Joe had persevered with Shadows and replaced eternal opener, Walk Away with the concise version of Turn To Stone. I doubt he's ever opened with it despite it being perfect for the job,

I'm glad he gave Shadows a fair run. Good to have Turn To Stone back.

Here are some lovely videos from the Warner Theatre show from Jack Bennett's YouTube page.

Joe's reinstated, the first part of the final, Rocky Mountain Way slide solo, that he was skipping, at the beginning of the tour.

Jason Freese's sax solo, during Pretty Maids All In A Row is actually quite a nice addition to the song...

Rock, Roots, & Blues - Live! has band intros and Mother Says; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOVq2JBLoOw

Thanks so much for keeping on top of this, F50!

I am glad to see Turn to Stone has made it's way back into the set list ... good call, Joe! I'm terribly disappointed that I couldn't make it to this show, and will just cross my fingers that he will add more dates that will work out for me.

(Note to Joe: Please have your tour manager coordinate with the Pope's calendar when scheduling future shows.)
