Naive.

I want to believe in things, like the Space Program will fix all the problems people have here on Earth.

I want to believe that Johnny Carson will host the Tonight Show forever.

I want to believe that summer days will last forever and summer nights will be sublime and mysterious.

I want to believe that The Beatles will save the world.

I want to believe that one day I'll wake up and be exactly the person I think I want to be, with different parents and living in a different place.

I want to believe that all the girls I'm so affected by that I can hardly breathe around them will feel the same about me.

I want to believe that every Christmas season, the weather will be cold and foggy so the Christmas lights will be surrounded by a glowing circle.

I want to believe that The Real Don Steele will be on the radio forever.

Having "grown up," I've decided it's really not for me. I'll leave adulting to others... I want to go back to my days right after college graduation, living on my own, and not answering to anyone (but my boss at work).
