I have one extra ticket to see Don Henley & company at the Simmons Bank Arena on Sunday, November 27 on the Hotel California tour.


My wife and daughter are going with me but our extra guest is now unavailable.

I wasn’t able to find a taker for the ticket, however there was someone on Facebook that seemed thrilled I offered it to her. She couldn’t attend because of her health.

Nonetheless, I saw that there were six unsold seats in the eighth row and I tried to upgrade us on the day of the concert through Ticketmaster. I was told they don’t allow that within 24 hours of the concert. The price of those seats dropped about $400. I tried again at the box office and they couldn’t do it either.

We decided since they hadn’t sold we would sit there and move back if someone else came along that scooped them up. Turns out there was only one person so we were good for the entire concert. Likely that doesn’t happen too often but maybe since it was a Sunday, and Thanksgiving, and Little Rock, the stars aligned for me.

They are every bit as strong and polished as they were 5 years ago when they started this iteration. Deacon did come out to the stage to perform Take it Easy and PEF and then again for Already Gone in the encore. Don did make mentions of Glenn and they had his image up on the big screen as they had done before.

My wife even was able to get a picture of us on the screen during Heartache Tonight. (Non-flash photos were allowed but no video or audio recording.) I can now say my 40 year fantasy of being up on stage singing between Don Henley and Joe Walsh was fulfilled! :partytime:

Glad you were able to grab those seats and get a 'picture' with Don and Joe, ltef. lol Also, pleased to hear that Glenn is getting acknowledged again.
