Photos!
I'm not sure how this works, but I'm going to post a link to the album. You should be able to see them all, I think. If they ask you for a password, it's 'nancy.'
I wish I had photo software at the internet cafe so I could clip and zoom. I'll do that at home.

Nancy, I know you are having a wonderful time.
Great review--I am totally jealous.
How were the Dixie Chicks?
Re: London Twickenham Review
Thanks Dana!
Sadly, I missed the Dixie Chicks. I wanted really badly to see a Shakespearean play in the Globe Theater. The only play I could make was a 2:00 show. I got a seat, thinking I'd have plenty of time to get over to Twickenham - but I didn't realize that the show was starting an hour earlier than usual. By the time I booked it across town from the Globe theater to Twickenham, the Dixies had Chicked. I got there just in time for a glass of wine, a piece of cheesecake, and the guys. And that was fine with me, even if I did miss Landslide.

Re: London Twickenham Review
Oh my God. You went to the Globe?!!! Which play?!
Thanks for the review Nancy and I totally understand your comments about Glenn. He is sexy, charismatic, etc, etc, and isn't it nice to say that on this board? :p
Re: London Twickenham Review
I saw Titus Andronicus - I had never seen it acted before in all of its graphic violence - it was very horrifying. Blood and gore everywhere. Still, it was fabulous! They have recreated the Globe inside and out. They didn't leave a word out of the written play in performance. There were some groundlings passing out from the heat, though. I was very glad I had gotten a seat, especially since I stood for a great part of the Eagles concert afterwards!

Re: London Twickenham Review
Great review soda!! I haven't got too much more to add. I noticed a little more energy on stage. At one point Joe was jumping around the stage being just Joe. Tim and Stu seemed to share a few comments and smiles.
Twickers was amazing and so huge. It blew me away. This being my first concert I had so many expectations and I wasn't let down. I saw Glenn shake his head during Witchy Woman after one of the harmony peices. Not sure what to make of that. No More Cloudy Days and Take It To The Limit were wonderful :) Glenn did a great job.
The energy coming from the crowd was fantastic. I was a little dissapointed that there wasn't a lot of interaction on stage, but after talking to Joe on Sunday I think I know why there wasn't. I mentioned the show and he said that the sound wasn't good. He said he had a hard job figuring out who was playing what http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/ohwell.gif I thought it was good but they have the trained ear I guess.
A wonderful first concert for me. My hubby took lots of photos. I'll figure out how to post a picture later. Until then enjoy this :D

Re: London Twickenham Review
That's okay that you missed the Chicks, Nancy, I completely understand about wanting the see Shakespeare at The Globe--what a great experience that must have been!
From all the reviews and pictures, it sounds like everyone involved had a terrific time! And I must admit, Glenn does look fabulous in that hot pink shirt.
I'm so happy for all of you!
