Appreciate the sentiment and consideration Jess, But I wouldn't have been able to go. We were out in Las Vegas....or getting ready to go there, or we were on the way back <LOL>.

Still, I'd sure like to get together with you one of these weekends. Maybe over a table if there are any no-ante promotions! Small chance of that in Oklahoma in most establishments. If not, I could just back-count and help the other players who are paying $.50 a hand. Y'all wouldn't mind that would you? LOL (cracking myself up here!)

Hopefully Jess is at the airport holding up a 'Don Henley Fan' sign, and Lou will find her easily!

SHE'S HERE!!! Lou made it safe and sound and we found each other very easily at the airport. We are now back at my apartment and are about to go have dinner and possibly a few drinks. :cheers:

Hello everyone! Just thought I'd post my own little message... Thanks for thinking of me while I was travelling! Luckily, everything went smoothly, and I arrived at OKC hot and sweaty, but very excited. Jess and I are listening to a bit of Don (surprise surprise!) before we head out to do a bit of veggie shopping and to grab a few drinks. I was exhausted earlier, but I think the adrenalin is keeping me going now. I can't believe I'm in the States, let alone seeing Don on Saturday! Jess has given me a quick drive-by tour of some areas in OKC and Norman, and we got a couple of huge sodas from Sonic (which I glugged most of!) She is so, so lovely and I know we're going to have so much fun these few days. I won't want to leave!

We'll keep you updated on what we get up to ;)

What kind of weather are you having there? It's been raining and miserable all day here.
