I was browsing photobucket and found a few pics from the concert. There were a few other pics but they were kinda blurry. I just wish Lou and I were that close.

I love this one. Don singing, the hazy twilight behind him...veeeeery nice.

Aah, DF, that sky was indeed beautiful. (Almost a contender for my attention that night!) I remember glancing around during New York Minute, when I got all choked up, and, predictably, when Don sang "and gaze out at the auburn sky". It was one of those perfect moments, where everything just feels right. You know there's no place you'd rather be and that you'll remember this experience and this feeling for a long, long time
I know what you mean, Lou. I had a moment just like that the first time I heard Don sing NYM live too, except instead of an auburn sky we had rain. It was at an outdoor concert on a hot June night and it had rained right through his opening act and through the first few songs he sang, but then it stopped raining as the sun went down. By the time he sang NYM the night was dark and misty, "the groaning city in the gathering dark." I'll never forget that moment either.
