I believe that hat makes its first appearance in the Desperado photo shoot - one item that didn't make its way back to the costume supplier!
And then the hat migrated to Randy's knee and who can blame it ...

I haven't seen that photo before. Is there one of it on Randy's head or just his knee? (I don't think it's the same hat but the WW video a a bit too fuzzy to tell.)
