I Loved Alvin Lee.....very upset over this news I slept at MAdison Square Garden when I was a kid to get a front row seat to see him
Will post article later
I honestly wasn't that familiar with his work, but my heart goes out to his family and fans. How sad and scary to know that this tragedy was a result of a routine surgical procedure.
R.I.P. Alvin Lee
I have to say...I had never heard of him until today...so sorry for his family...he was so young...RIP Alvin Lee...

I actually didn't recognize him by name, but once I heard the tunes I knew ...10 Years After was awesome...I was saddened to hear of this.
and after hearing he was only 68...our Eagles are 64 and 65. I'm a worrier! :fear:
Here is one of his later songs, with a nice tribute video of him....
One of my guitar heroes...RIP

I had never heard of him before either. When I read the article and found he was in Ten Years After, then I knew the song I'd Love to Change the World. Love that song.
RIP. Sad and scary.
