FF - I don't know how they got my info. I suspect that they were able to install some malware on my computer. When I checked my antivirus software, the web security feature was disabled. Of course, I didn't knowingly disable it so I suspect that may be how they got in. In any event, after I ran an antivirus scan, it seems like the activity subsided somewhat. I think I have a handle on things by now, but I'm still nervous and don't want to be lulled into a false sense of security. I installed a second antivirus software as a precautionary measure.
