Betty White 1/17/1922 - 12/31/2021

I decided to wait until today to post this thread since it marks what would have been Betty White's 100th birthday. Unfortunately, she passed away on New Year's Eve just a couple of weeks shy of this landmark day. She was such a beloved actress and the world has lost a true icon. I'm sure she would have been celebrating today if she were still with us.

I have a little personal story to share. My nieces and nephews used to call me and my sisters 'The Golden Girls". I won't tell you which one I was, other than to say that I wasn't Blanche. :wink: :grin:

R.I.P. DEAR MS. BETTY WHITE!!!

It made me so sad to hear about her death! She seemed so vibrant and full of life right up until the end. She also seemed very kind.

RIP Betty.

I read somewhere on Facebook, someone had said "It says a lot about a person's character when they die at 99 and people say it was "too soon"
