Best laugh I've had all day! What that gal doesn't realize that when it comes to the Eagles, everyone is young at heart, including the boys in the band!
As a young person myself, I don't know whether or not it's right that I laughed really hard at that tweet. Imo, if the dad is enjoying himself, that's all that matters!
Lots and lots of tweets about it being the best concert ever. Of course, that's typical, but it's always good to know that our guys put on yet another fantastic concert. Hopefully a review will pop up soon.
Is that why we love them so? they make all of us feel young!!!
Thanks for finding the picture, VA. But it makes me want to cry because right now, to the best of our knowledge, that may have been the final bows.
Love the tweet! And the pic! Thanks VA!
Yes, it's bittersweet. I hope they return sometime, somewhere!
Exactly why I posted it! It is depressing. As I put on Jack Tempchin's Facebook post, if people missed seeing a show on this tour, they missed the best concert they'd ever go to. I know some here don't agree with that, but the majority do. It included Bernie, it was well thought out and well executed. The songs were laid out in the order they were to go with the theme of the tour. The guitars were phenomenal, the harmonies outstanding, and both were showcased brilliantly. Perhaps best of all, in today's tendency in touring, they didn't try to be something they're not. They took what they do best and made it better.
Well, I'm just a bit disgusted that they didn't have any half-naked dancers along this time! What were they thinking?!
:eyebrow: :hilarious:
