Re: Fleetwood Mac
Usually men love Stevie! I read a book by Dennis Wilson's son a few months ago, and he mentions that all the guys had a crush on her back in the 70s and that Brian Wilson actually wrote a song about her. I think he may have been trying to woo her but Stevie was merely amused. Dennis of course went on to become involved with Christine, but Dennis' son claims he asked Stevie out first and was promptly turned down.

Re: Fleetwood Mac
My uncle's love of Stevie Nicks is almost equal to my love of Glenn. I have him to thank for getting me to notice Fleetwood Mac more when I was 14/15. He also loves Christine, just not quite as much as Stevie.

[quote=NightMistBlue;321499]Usually men love Stevie![quote]
As a guy, my love of the Rumours line up is of course entirely down to the music and has nothing to do with the attractiveness of any of the women in the band. Although Stevie was gorgeous in the 1970s and she's still good looking now...
Oh alright, then, I'll admit it... mostly down to the music! :hilarious: She is a truly great singer and songwriter of course, but I do rather enjoy looking at some of the pictures of Stevie in the thread we have on here too!

Re: Fleetwood Mac
That's only fair, Jonny. The male Forum members tolerate a good deal of lustful female attention directed to various Eagles past and present :)

Re: Fleetwood Mac
While searching Rolling Stone to see if I could find the 2 page tribute to Glenn and read it, I found this article, about a "Fleetwood Mac Fest", a tribute to the band which took place in Hollywood on Tuesday, February 9th.

Re: Fleetwood Mac
I heard about this too as George Harrison's son Dhani performed there and posted about it on his and his band thenewno2's social media pages. There's some videos too that he posted as well.

Re: Fleetwood Mac
Thought that I would post some of my favorite outtake/funny Fleetwood Mac videos. Don't know if they've been posted before or not. I'm posting these in good humor because despite the band members being out of it, I find these pretty funny.
1982 outtake for MTV:

This one isn't really funny. Lindsey is super high, Mick is very comedic, and I love this extended jam version of Not That Funny from 1982.

Christine and Stevie wishing Warner Bros a happy birthday

Tusk photoshoot (One of the few times John isn't shy!)

John "Fleetwood Mac's lead singer" donates a penguin to the Cleveland Zoo.

And one of my favorite live videos. World Turning from 1975.
