May I be the first to wish Joe, his family and the rest of you a very Merry Christmas from Oxfordshire, England! It's too mild here to be a white Christmas but we might get a frost on Boxing Day. (I...

Re: Mark Lane's Interview with Joe Walsh 2000

    Good work fella!
Fab interview - I didn't know a lot of the early stuff. Flattered to hear his good words about the English guitarists. I suppose payback was when Brian May called him the guitar...

    Re: JW chords and lyrics

Thanks guys - I've found a few now.
The best thing is the opening tunings that Joe uses - you only have to set these up and your playing sounds like him already.

    JW chords and lyrics

As a keen guitarist I yearn to emulate the great man - does anyone know any good sites for chords/lyrics to Joe's songs?
    I already have Chordie.com - any others?

    Take care all,

Pete Townsend was a big JW fan. I think he appreciated that like him, Joe played/combined rhythm and lead so effectively.

Re: Midsummer Madness - Joe in London 1975

It was brilliant wasn't it? To hear him play "Can't get enough" with Paul Rodgers was fab. Interesting to see he got the lion's share of the DVD as well.
