Yes, he did write several songs with Don. They worked together for more than a decade. Don must have been impressed by his talent and smarts.

Ariadne, I agree he has a romantic side. But he also co-wrote this, “We Are Waiting” which was recorded by the Knack. I’m not sure what to make of it...the lyrics are kind of eerie, :fear: lol.

FYI John Corey played guitar on Randy’s 3rd solo album (s/t 1982). He also wrote one of the album tracks, which Randy performed at his live shows. John Corey toured with him for that...
