Re: Question in "Try and Love Again"

I agree. This is probably "Try And Love Again" as it's the only song that Randy sang where Glenn would've been playing an acoustic (even though he played the guitar solo in the studio).

Poll: Re: Favorite Eagles album closing track

In the 70s, I saw the Eagles close their shows with JD's "How Long," the Burrito Brothers' "Lazy Day," and then also "Tequila Sunrise" and "Tryin'" From the release of the HOTEL CALIFORNIA album...
  18. Re: The Silver Dagger Intro (and other variations of TIE)

yes, you're right about that BBC special where Glenn plays TIE on acoustic...I had forgotten all about that. I think I have a bootleg of another show from the very early 70s where he also played...

    Re: Eagles' Albums Survivor

I vote for THE LONG RUN. Not an easy choice, but there is nothing as good as "Take It Easy" or "Peaceful Easy Feeling" on it,

    Re: Eagles' Albums Survivor

LONG ROAD OUT OF EDEN. As much as I was glad that this came out and as a two cd set, I still felt a sense of disappointment after hearing the whole thing.
