He spends a lot of time there. He was there when Felder rang him after he was fired & begged to be reinstated.
Another interview...

I did not mean it to sound like that.
I suppose I should have said 'I think' or 'it seems'....
In the interview I love how Glenn tried to talk about the NZ tour & all the guy wants to talk about is the past, throwing in his own love for Michael Nesmith. 'What were your influences' etc. And then Glenn doesn't seem to understand what he's talking about at first, which is very unusual.
Later: now a whole section on Steve Martin (I have never been a fan) and then a bizarre interpretation of Take It Easy to which after a pause Glenn replies 'how would I know'.
I feel for Glenn. I wish there were interviewers who would take a bit more time to understand what he is doing NOW. I can feel Glenn as the silences get longer, starting to get irritated.
At the end he said a couple of nice things about NZ. Good on him for his patience & forbearance with what was a very disappointing interview.

He tried to be polite but as it went on his patience wore thin. He is all class. I wish he had been treated with more respecr.
I've finally found it - this is the full interview I referred to above. Around 10 minutes.
