    Yeah, who knows? Maybe we can talk the guys into letting us publish the recipes in a cookbook! Now for those of you who don't cook, think of some names for the cookbook!

    Here is my offering. Enjoy! It's a comfort food so I named it...

    After The Thrill Is Gone Cheesy Spaghetti Bake

    1 lb. bulk sausage 2 Tbs. flour
    2 c. tomato sauce 1 3/4 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. water 1 c. American cheese
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated
    3/4 lb. spaghetti
    2 Tbs. butter

    Fry sausage in sauce pan, drain fat, add tomato sauce, water and spaghetti sauce mix. Boil gently uncovered 30 min. stirring often. Cook spaghetti according to pkg. drain and rinse. Melt butter in medium sauce pan and stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk, cook over medium heat stirring constantly till mixture comes to full boil. Add cheeses and cook till melted. Layer in 9 x 13 in. baking dish 1/2 spaghetti, 1/2 tomato sauce, 1/2 cheese sauce and repeat. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
