Go for it, you lucky people. Interesting that the dates are July 21 and 22 - Don's birthday.

OMG you beat me to it LOL!!! I was just coming here to post this!!!

I had a very, very good feeling, so I made a point of checking the Casino Rama website today because they said their schedule would be posted today...I am going to both shows!!! (Now, how I'm going to swing that moneywise, I don't know, but I am going!)

I just started jumping up and down and screaming. I have a very injured knee, and jumping up and down was probably a bad idea...BUT I CAN'T HELP IT!!!

You have no friggin' clue how happy this makes me...

My friend and I: "Nice coat Glenn!"

Joe Walsh, at next pause between songs: "Hey, nice coat, Glenn."

Glenn: "Thanks, thanks...yah, I picked this up at the..Liberace garage sale, glad you like it..."

It is MEANT TO BE that you go, obviously. Oh my GOSH. I am looking at hotels right now. They don't tell you how much the rooms cost at the actual casino, which usually means they are too expensive for we plebes. lol

Oh, it absolutely is, LOL! I finally wrote the letter to him that I've been intending on for a year now...and I think I'm gonna put a rush on sending it just on the offchance... "I believe in second chances...I believe in angels too..."

I know we looked at the prices for the hotel rooms because I was so exhausted last time, haha...I believe they're around $200-$250, which yes...definitely too expensive...! The biggest problem with that venue is that there is absolutely *nothing* near it. I'd suggest looking at Barrie, Ontario...it's outside of Toronto by almost an hour, but it's much closer to the actual venue than the city would be, and I'm sure has some cheap Travelodges or Comfort Inns or something.

Dang it, why do they have to go on sale on the 13th??? I won't have money 'til next week at the earliest! LOL...the last time, it didn't sell out until the day of the show, though, so I'm not so worried...I just want to see those tickets in my hot little hands.

This is seriously blowing my mind. I never thought I would see him live. I can't think about anything else! Maybe I should just give all my students As instead of trying to grade this stuff!

I hate to be a wet blanket but Glenn's shows these days are always 90 minutes. I hope he changes it for you, but he's not known for doing so.

90 minutes? Oh well. I'll take what I can get. I wonder if the kind person who booted the last show will be at this one, too?

I know what you mean completely...that's how I was last year! When I first got into his solo stuff, I was like "Dang...I missed my chance!" And now...!

Oh *no*. And here we were, all, "Oh he won't be coming back but it's nice to dream"...NO. He's honestly going to have to deal with the HyperGirls.

Hey, I don't think your students would complain!

I'm doing some research now - looks like I'm going to need to save up! And it's a 10 hour drive... guess I'll need a plane ticket too.
