I know, Onlinetickets.nl and a couple of others got them also..
Mojo (Livenation) said that you don't buy tickets at those sites but at livenation or ticketmaster..

AAAAHH if someone of those ticket companies just replied on my email..

EDIT: Arnhem is also removed from Joe's website.

A friend mailed the JWFC with the question when tickets will go on sale for Arnhem and they said:

Sale date isn't untill 12/13
