Speaking of FM songs in commercials, here's a relatively new one that uses the music for Little Lies (though not the lyrics, as you'll see).

Selling out? Maybe, but hey, it made me laugh!

Anyone going to the Chicago show? I'm hoping to come up with tickets for it. I think I have hubby talked in to it!

I know of a few people who are going, but sadly, I'm not amongst them!

Just saw this on The Ledge - Mick is quite the entrepreneur! What will he think of to sell next?

No visible pricing... they're probably unsure how much they'll be able to sell this for. I don't think this type of thing has been done before. If it's successful, I wonder if other musicians would follow suit.

to win this kind of experience as a contest or something is one thing, but to sell it...I don't know seems kind of "slimy" to me...am I the only one...what do you guys think of this kind of thing?...

Yeah... It does seem a bit whorish but I have to say, if I were independently wealthy, I'd be tempted.

What is the price on this? It has to be outrageous.

Someone posted a comment on a site saying $35,000 but that hasn't been confirmed. I don't think they have a hard number for it; I think it's going to be a "best offer" type thing.

The Eagles have charged $1000 for one front row ticket, gift bag, and buffet/drink coupon without a band member in sight; in 2009, Joe charged $5190 for a brief meet'n'greet with him that included a signed guitar and two 5-star ILAA packages (not even guaranteed first row).

If you look at how much more you get here, I can see the price getting pretty high.

I would just be too dumbfounded to do something like this.. I wouldn't have a clue what to even say to Mick Fleetwood, let alone one of the Eagles. It's a pretty exciting package though. I mean the private jet thing alone is worth a lot!!And the backstage hospitality suite! Pretty nice.

If I coud afford to, Soda, I'd book you on that flight from the start of the tour to the finish. I just have to ask. If you had the choice between Mick's plane and the Eagles plane -- which would you choose???? For you I'm sure it's like "Sophie's Choice". For me, it's a no brainer. Duh . . .
