Carla, you DO realise that what your hubby really wanted was to slip a few 'forbidden fruits' into the trolley while you were oblivious, don't you.....

I couldn't believe yesterday evening when I heard YANA on the radio. I have never heard it played publicly before.

Lisa, I think you must be right-I didn't realize it til I was going through the groceries when we got home, and wondered where certain things came from! At any rate, it was fun standing under the speaker and listening to my favorite Glenn song-I think other shoppers were wondering what the heck I was doing!

Well put pueblo47. In that case, I am most definitely an addict.

I was standing in line at the post office a few days ago and The Long Run started playing. I hate having to go to the post office but that helped to ease the pain a little.

About once a week or so I like to stop at one of the Subway shops on the way to work to grab something for lunch. The first time I went in I ordered my sandwich to the strains of "Take It Easy." About a week or so later I stopped and walked in to hear "Tequilla Sunrise" and the next time it was "Hotel California." Haven't been in for a few weeks so I stopped this morning this morning and walked in to be greeted with the opening, driving beat of "Rocky Mountain Way." I LOVE MY SUBWAY...........
I just need a little downtime.........

Cynd, I wish I could go to your Suway. It's a little too far for lunch !

Speaking of supermarkets, I was in the supermaket on the weekend & "I Can't Tell You Why" came over the speakers. I really never noticed before that they played music in that store. It wasn't very loud but my trained "Eagle ear" picked it up right away. I was in a hurry, but I made sure that I didn't leave the store until it was over!

GL, I think it's so funny we won't leave a store until the Eagles songs are over. We've heard them hundreds/thousands of times... yet each time, it's as if its the first.

I know. And even though I didn't have my iPod with me (like I usually do), I could have listened to ICTYW when I got home 10 minutes later!

I was pulling into the parking lot at work yesterday, when "Heartache Tonight" started playing! I was quite upset to have to miss it, but if I did, I would have been late to work. I remember thinking that I hope I don't get thrown off the Border for this, as it's the second time it happened!

You're excused this time, Stars, but only because you would have been late for work !

Shame you missed it, Stars. But I suppose it's quite apt that you had to 'leave it in the parking lot'!

you better put it all behind you, baby, 'cause life goes on
you keep carrying that anger, it'll eat you up inside--
