I've got a really clean version of Joe's DKRC. The entire US broadcast was up on Youtube for about 6 months. I downloaded it then. Best DKRC of all time! I even supplied Joe Vitale w/a copy of it.

I think I got it too MV. Much better than the pirates I bought in the 90s.
I posted this link in a new music thread but the text is pretty interesting too.

Joe was a guest answer at this event:

Great reference!
Walsh has deep ties with the country western community and has appeared with many of them onstage, e.g., Brad Paisley, etc., who also expressed much admiration for Walsh.
From what I've read, Walsh did help develop country rock. He was't the only one, but he definitely ranks high on the influencer list.
Nice video of Joe, Vince Gill and James Taylor on their musical influences, shot at the Country Music Hall of Fame benefit. Good article too. In that article, Joe offers his belief how playing instruments may help offset the digital lives of musical kids:
“Kids who are musical, if they can find an instrument that they can express themselves with, that’s all they do. Young guitar players practice for hours, and they used to play video games. And it’s analog, it’s not digital. There’s no music in the schools, so they text. They Facebook. But you give a musical kid an ax [instrument] and you fix that.”

Hearing that The Rolling Stones have a new blues album coming out soon, I guess Joe's blues project from a few years back, featuring Mick Jagger (https://www.iorr.org/talk/read.php?1,1905820,1905953) is still firmly on the backburner....
Cool news! Thanks F50!

So Sheryl's got Joe, Don Henley, Stevie Nicks, Keith Richards, Neil Young, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and even Johnny Cash on her next album!!! Even more excited to hear it.
