Here's a review from the VetsAids show last night. IT looks like it was another huge success. Raised over 1.2 million dollars.

    Brothers for life. RIP Glenn

I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley

Joe's in GQ! Great photo of him:

ETA: Just read it. It's very intense. Joe and eight other musicians talk about getting sober, and maybe it's because they're all having a conversation together, but it gets very real without as many of the injections of levity you come to expect from Joe. An interesting, revealing piece.

Thanks for the link, Soda. That is a great picture of Joe. And I hope this article is an inspiration to those struggling with addiction that there is a better life if you are sober.

I agree, it is a very intense read. After I read it, I actually thought "wow".

Hopefully, it will be an inspiration to others.

I read Stephen's and Joe's comments, didn't know the others. Great article and I'm so glad they both are drug free. Amazing that Joe remained clean for all this time without relapsing!

Good for Joe. I'm glad he's sober now and he certainly looks happy and healthy.

Joe puts his Encinitas horse ranch up for sale, beautiful pictures. It's just a measly $2.8 million.

    Oops, it's actually $2.9 million...

Wow, that’s a beautiful home. I wonder why he’s selling.
