    EV,

Your concert review makes me even more excited about my upcoming
show in Nashville on November 18th. We've been promised BTR for that
    show, too.

I don't have backstage passes like you (unless you have a Nashville
connection for me), but we do have 1st row lower arena in the first
section from the stage. Should be pretty good.

Thanks for sharing your account of that night with us.

Your seats will be awesome!! And I know your set list will be as well! Bring a good sign...maybe Santa Claus? There's a great story that he has told with that one in the past; and since your concert is pretty close to T'day, it might be a good choice. He's also been doing covers of a large variety of artists, everything from the Clash to Motown.

Ev, thanks for the wonderful review. I felt like I was right there with you! I'm so glad Bruce did Sandy for you, whether planned or whether it was your request, who cares? You got it!

My brother went to his concert last night in St. Louis and he said it was fantastic, as usual! He is also a huge Bruce fan!

He had a 'Born to Run' album night also. Bruce is doing an album front to back at all his remaining shows, I think. And all of them except one are' BTR', now...I think only one more will be 'Born in the USA.' No more' Darkness on the Edge of Town,' though.

I've had my tickets to this weekends Boss gigs at MADISON SQ GARDEN!
and Oh My Gosh - I just heard the news today... The Wild, the Innocent and the E Street Shuffle will be the "album" this Saturday and then...(drumroll please) THE RIVER on Sunday night.

    I am soooooooo psyched!

CanNOT wait for this wkd! Any other lucky souls going? I'm thrilled to finally see a Boss gig on the East Coast. I'm thinking this might be epic.

(I was gonna hang around a week to see Henley in Atlantic City. But my job said otherwise.)

Maidstone, I didn't know we had any Bruce concert-goers other than Rick left to see him. I heard about these two shows, and they are absolutely going to be AWESOME! Everyone's speculating on The River show as to whether or not he'll have any time to do the sign requests or not, since you got 20 or so songs just from the album....but still, what an album! Some great well-known songs, and then some rarities you're just not gonna ever hear in concert any other time!

And then, Wild and Innocent...some great oldies for the true die-hard fans. Plenty of time for sign requests there...any ideas what you might want to hear (that's not already covered in those 2 albums??)

I hear he's been closing out with a winner of a cover lately, "Higher and Higher," that's been getting better and better ever since he debuted it in Philly.

    Where are you from, anyway??

From the fan reviews over on Bruce's unofficial fansite, it sounds like tonight's show was one of the best he's done in 10 years (coming from fans with many shows under their belts.) In fact, with "The Wild and Innocent," one comment was made that he hadn't played this many of the songs from that album in one show since 36 years ago in a joint called Max's Kansas City, in front of a crowd of less than 100...right after the album was released in '73! AWESOME! I'll leave it to Maidstone to give us her impressions, but I did see that he had a special guest for the last song...one who I would have loved to hear sing along!

    On to "The River" tomorrow!

Boy, do I wish I was back on the East Coast...
