Back in the day, I was shocked that Joe had joined the Eagles and wondered how in the world that would work!

Well, I'd say it worked very well! Now I can't imagine them without him! He had a huge impact! You go, Joe!

Yes, definitely a momentous day! I wonder if he remembers that it was 37 years ago this day that his life changed forever?

I totally agree with you. I remember thinking the same thing. Shocking at the time.

I wasn't so much shocked as intrigued, and when they toured here soon after that was what got me interested, especially as Joe took a pouding from the rock media here.

Today is the 15th Anniversary of the Eagles' well-deserved induction into the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame. What an honor!

Sweet Timothy's speech that night really sealed the deal as to the kind of man he is...totally gracious in his paying tribute to Randy...I totally fell in love with him that night...

OMG - I just posted this in the Eagles forum as well. But I guess it doesn't hurt to have it in two places.

Congratulations Eagles on the 15th anniversary of your R&R HOF induction!
