I told my mom earlier and I've been doing Weight Watchers since March of 2006 and I've lost 93.8 pounds so far. My mom had been talking about having a party for when I lose 100 pounds and I've told her I don't want a party (unless she wants to hire Don as the entertainment which I highly doubt she'd want to do that). So I mention to her that a certain drummer who lives here in Dallas (like I do) is playing a concert in August and that she should buy me a ticket as a reward so it looks like that's going to happen.
How can love survive in such a graceless age?
Holly, I can't think of a better way to celebrate than seeing Don or any of the Eagles! You must go!

Apparently, the latest news is that Don is sharing the bill in Dallas with The Pretenders and the Stray Cats. While I like both of those groups, I was really hoping for two hours of Don.
I guess I will just save my money, cross my fingers, and hope for another show closer to me. Don seems to like playing in Atlanta--I SO hope he adds a solo show there, or in one of the casinos in the region, like Tunica.
