Not to mention airfare, if anyone had planned on flying in for it. Oh well, at least it wasn't canceled day-of.
To borrow a line from Zermie in another thread, Don's solo shows in Dallas and OKC are a little over a week away, and I'm pukin'!
The last time I saw Don was September 2005---I am sooooooo ready!
I can't wait to go see Don at his Dallas concert. I'm counting the seconds till I go.

I'll look for you next week in Grand Prairie, SH!
I'll be there. I'm not too sure of my seat since my mom bought the ticket and since she hasn't shown me the ticket yet but she said the seat was up high. I can't wait to go. Do you want to meet up before the show?Originally Posted by DonFan

Sure! I'll send you a pm.
Two days to go and I am SO ready! I just read this online:

Jack's Big Show featuring Don Henley
This shindig, sponsored by 100.3 Jack FM, is an eclectic swath of rock that wrangles an Eagle, a few Pretenders and some Stray Cats onto the same stage for one night only. Whether affable rockabilly is more your bag or you crave earnest, jangly rock, you can feel pretty good about plunking down the cash to attend this particular concert because, according to Jack FM's Web site, one dollar from every ticket sold will benefit the Texas-based Caddo Lake Institute, a private foundation designed to, according to its Web site, "protect and improve the ecological and cultural integrity of the Caddo Lake ecosystem."

I love the fact that Don has arranged for part of this fabulous concert to benefit the Caddo Lake Institute.
That's so cool! Hope you have a wonderful time and can't wait for your review!

That's great that part of the money from ticket sales will go to Caddo. I'm so excited about going!

Hope all of you ladies have a great time at the show Saturday night. I'd love to be able to join you, but I'll be in Atlantic City at some other show - can't remember the guys name, though.
