I found this video of Glenn from the Celebrity Fight Night XVI event in 2010. This video was actually uploaded on YouTube a day after Glenn's death.
Listen to his joke in this clip.

Thanks so much for the vid Shun!!! I had no idea about this and very cool to find out he was at this event and performed for Muhammad Ali. Does seem like some of his speech was cut off so I think it was longer.

"So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains and we never even know we have the key."
Very cool. Thanks for posting.
Glenn Frey sure loved himself some Little River Band!

Sodascouts - This video really pulled my heartstrings - could be because as you say it's pretty much all there is of him live from that era and he looks and sounds great - I don't know - it's a bittersweet feeling. On one hand I'm glad he packed a lot of living into his 67 years and on the other - I'm beyond sad he's gone - he had so much more life to live.
It's still hard for me to watch videos and it's been months. I can listen to the music fine and have done so often, but there's something about seeing him... I've actually not been able to finish any of these videos yet, but of course I'm still grateful they're being posted and I do try to watch them. I just have to stop the video after about a minute, typically.
I can't watch anything.
I have hundreds of photos in my Photobucket account & I don't know what to do with them.
