Here's a link to the Tokyo '86 clip where Christopher Cross joins Glenn onstage for "Slow Down," and after that is the backstage footage with Glenn getting the flowers from that reporter.

I'm sure going to miss that adorable smile of his.

Thank you for finding that. I love that performance of Slow Down. I always wonder if he realised he was stroking the interviewer's arm!

I don't know if anyone has posted this song yet. I love it. It reminds me of Motown or something. Not sure why it surprised me that he wrote a Motown/soul-sounding song because History of the Eagles mentions he was born in Detroit. I haven't heard too many of Glenn's solo songs so it was quite a surprise to find this.

Don't know if this has been posted yet. Here's Glenn (and a non sober Joe) each singing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame". After watching this, I'm ready for spring training. I'll pull for the Tigers as my AL team for Glenn.

Had you not heard that before? It's from the 1988 album Soul Searchin'. He saisd he 'stole ' it from Al Grreen who was Memphis rather than Motown. Check out the video, one of my favourites.

Again, don't know if this has been posted before, but here's Glenn singing Desperado on Letterman in 1984. I think that I like Glenn singing it more than Don. I wish that he could've done a studio version of it.

I saw the video already and a live performance in Dublin. I'm new to Glenn's solo work. I only know "You Belong to the City" (which is my favorite) and "The Heat is On".

I love that version too and also wish he would've recorded a studio version. I'm more used to hearing Don sing the lead but it was interesting to hear Glenn sing it solo. Never heard him sing that one by himself before.

Glenn released a live recording of Desperado on his "Live in Dublin" CD.
Here's the video of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BQs0LxVlw4

And because I've moved on to things that make me smile, here's the best scene from Ghostbusters II:

Graeham Goble has posted a new video of Glenn with The Little River Band in 1988. It makes me smile. Glenn looks great and Al Garth takes a turn.
