I feel I need to say something else (a personal gripe). It seems that when he does the band intros he gets the most muted reaction. I wonder how he feels about that? I suppose in his usual manner he is more concerned with ensuring his bandmates receive appropriate recognition. I never read in any reviews that he gets particularly big cheers or warm responses. End of personal gripe.

At the shows I went to, Glenn got quite a bit of applause and cheers. I don't think he's crying in his pillow at night because Joe's charisma onstage and Don Henley's higher solo visibility give them larger ovations, as a rule. It's not as if the crowd gives him a golf clap - he gets plenty of crowd love. Same for Tim.

From where I was sitting for our show I couldn't see what was happening on the backdrop except for a small corner from stageleft. So thank you for posting these, Maleah. They are phenominal pics.

Just a quick note but I don't want anyone to think Glenn and Tim DIDN'T get a good reaction.........they got a HUGE reaction! A LOT of applause and they all got standing O's! It was just that Don and Joe's were noticeably longer and louder.

lol I know, I know........I just felt bad that anyone might have thought that their favorites were looked over or ignored or unappreciated. I mean, GRANTED there was a drunk man in front of us that kept yelling "I LOVE YOU DONNY!! HEY DONNY...I LOVE YOU MAN!" but the ND crowd loved 'em all.

You get really good facial expressions in your photos of Don. The bluish one where he's looking at the back of his beloved colleague's head..... I wonder what he's thinking there?
