    In the British charts which are the ones we tend to use here it was
    Cinderella Rockefella by Esther & Abi Ofarim

    In the US it was
    Love Is Blue - Paul Mauriat

    I also checked out all of the guys and here's what came up:

    Don - Peg of My Heart - The Harmonicats

    Timothy - Near You - Frances Craig

    Joe - Near You - Frances Craig

    Glenn - Buttons and Bows - Dinah Shore

    Well, I never heard of Near You or Frances Craig but that must have been a pretty big hit in 1947.
