Today marks the 31st anniversary of the release of No Fun Aloud!

It's my second favorite album of Glenn's and I love it! It also contained his first solo hit, "The One You Love," which has a terrific video (see the second one below).

    Enjoy some videos to celebrate!

I love this album! I thought for his first solo venture it was EXCELLENT!! Though I admit at the time I was heartbroken because it looked like the end of my favorite band. 31 years - WOW!

    CONGRATULATIONS - "NO FUN ALOUD"

Went to Half Priced books today and found a copy of Glenn's "I Found Somebody" single. Pretty stoked to have found it.

Good for you, SL! I've said this before and I don't mind repeating myself, but if anyone hasn't ever heard this album and can find it, you should buy it. If you are even a casual fan of Glenn, then I don't think you'd be disappointed. Although it's a big departure from his work in the Eagles, it's a really fun, high-quality album, IMHO.

It's the most I've ever paid for a CD but no regrets. I decided it was balanced by all the CDs I was able to buy second-hand. My favourite tracks are the ones that aren't on any "Best of" compilations. (Same with Strange Weather).
