I just heard that Michael Jackson has died!

Perhaps TMZ is wrong? Only his hospitalization due to cardiac arrest has been announced on the news channels. We can hope... he's a troubled individual, but nowadays 50 is too young to die.

The Los Angeles Times reports that he was officially pronounced dead 15 minutes ago.

What a shame.

My daughter just got a text alert from one of the TV channels saying it has been confirmed. My goodness, him and Farrah in the same day. What icons they both were! Unbelievable.

I was having lunch with a friend and saw that Farrah had passed away, I wasn't surprised with her having cancer but when I saw that Michael had passed away too I was surprised. I feel sorry for his three children. I can just see the battle for their custody and his estate starting now.

the Jackson family spokesperson has just spoken to CNN. Said he does not yet know the fate of Micheal but that it was presciption drug abuse that caused this..

CNN has just cofirmed from the LA coroner that Micheal Jackson is DEAD!!!
