I'd wondered about the diverticulitis but the concert was in July and I think he was hospitalised in October. His vocals were a bit patchy and he sounded a little hoarse on the rare occasion when he spoke, so maybe just throat problems. Joe was very active.

I downloaded the Live in Buffalo 1994 video and uploaded it to a new youtube link to post here. However, due to copyrighted content, the video is muted for all countries and cannot be played (is blocked) in the US

You pretty much summed them all up UTW!!! Glenn definitely not himself - he looked a bit bloated - maybe he was on steroids for the diverticulitis? Great find...and Don does strut especially on Get Over It and of course, he's at his HFO hottest- LUV IT!!
P.S.- can't believe we got to see it over here for a change.
...Well it sure makes you wonder the things that some people will say. They can see black and white but they don't seem to notice the grey...

I can't view it either, but, fortunately, I have a copy of that show and also agree with UTW's assessment of the band. They all look gorgeous in it (yes, HFO hotness in full bloom), but Glenn definitely appears not to feel well, especially during Take It Easy. I guess it works out well when one band member is 'out of sorts' that the others are able pick up the slack for them.

Oh, I'd love to see that. I thought I had copies of just about every concert that was out there. I'm sorry, I haven't worked out how to download, let alone upload.
During Heartache Tonight, both Felder and Walsh are playing GF signature Rickenbackers but Frey isn't.
