Oh Soda! Due to the immense pressure of time that I was under before Christmas I've only seen WDIDWMH today for the first time and I only have one word : SUPERB!! .
I was watching it in the cafe at my daughter's guitar lesson and only that there were other mums there I would have been a blubbering mess! No, seriously it was fantastic!!

Thanks! I found myself saying "poor Sugar" even as I was making it. His vocal is just so vulnerable and affecting, and he's so good at looking lovelorn.

Isn't he! I felt like I could nearly feel his pain as I watched it. Actually I could feel his pain as he sang it too the first time I heard it.

This may already be up somewhere, but I couldn't resist posting it again. This is the Eagles singing Boys of Summer from Christchurch, and it is one of my favorite songs from that video. First, they are all performing in that awful rainstorm, but making the best of it. Second, I love the look that Don gives Timmy--Don's voice is obviously becoming more and more hoarse in that weather, and all it takes is a look and Timmy steps right in to sing behind Don. Lastly, I love the end when Glenn nods his head towards Don & Timmy and they all get in line and step back & forth together.

Ah yes, a great video, despite Don's hoarseness. He pulls through like a trooper, though! And I love that moment of solidarity at the end where they all move together, five in a row, as the camera pans over them.

Some video clips from the Nokia shows.... the clips are blended together; with a few minutes from various songs....

btw I LOVE Tim's new song live.. even the little bit of it (and with his throat injury) I think it sounds wonderful!

TF, thanks for finding these! It is so wonderful to hear these new songs mixed in with the familiar favorites. These clips just make me even more excited about seeing them in concert this year!

Must agree here! I've not watched the entire clips but will do it later at home.
