A lot of them seem to just regurgitate published interviews. The "To the Limit" guy actually talked to Don, but then he denied involvement and so you wonder just what to believe!

So many of the quotes in "To the Limit" are "according to a source". That always makes me suspect.

I don't know why Don hated that book so much. It totally dwelt on him at Glenn's expense - unless he felt as I do, that Glenn was unfairly ignored.
According to the author, Don got angry because the guy mentioned Don's little corruption-of-a-minor scandal. He was supposed to pretend it never happened, apparently.
