catpie – To respond to your post as a moderator, I would suggest that you review the terms of service and netiquette guidelines in the Border News forum if you have any question about what is or is not considered acceptable behavior on this board and how we enforce the rules in this community. We have never banned anyone from this message board, and we hope we never will. We consider banning to be a last resort that would only happen when all other attempts, warnings, and infractions have failed.

Our main goal is to provide a fun, friendly, and informative community for fans around the globe to come and share their fandom about our favorite band. We want ALL of our members to enjoy themselves here, and encourage good, rational discussion of the topics. However, we do not tolerate what we deem as persistent offensive or unacceptable behavior from any of our members. Basically, we only take action when an individual’s behavior begins to interfere with other’s enjoyment of the board.
