Okay Lisa, Happy Birthday!! (I hope Paris was wonderful!!)
ATTENTION ALL READERS... while this is not lurid or intensely graphic, it is a tad bit more spicy then the other stories, so proceed with caution!!

    ************************************************** ****
Lisa’s feet were sore. She didn’t remember her feet getting this sore at work before, but she seemed to be on her feet all day today. She was exhausted and she still had a pile of papers to correct but this was Friday and she wouldn’t be thinking about that till Sunday at least. She stepped out of the car and ambled up the walk. She could already smell something wonderful wafting in the air and, what was even better, it was coming from her house. She smiled. It was very quiet as she opened the front door except for a sizzling sound and the sound of pots and pans coming from the kitchen. She set down her bag and hung up her coat.
“I'm home!” She said out loud, her voice echoing in the quiet, clean family room. There was a fire warming the room and the table was set for two, with candles and a bottle of good, red wine breathing in the center. A red rose lay across her plate. She smiled and touched the soft fresh petals. He was the most thoughtful, sweet, kind and sexiest husband a woman could ever wish for. She walked through the door of the kitchen. It smelled of herbs and onions and garlic and something wonderful was sizzling in a pan on the stove top. He had his back to her standing at the stove. A bar towel wrapped around his slender waist parted at his narrow hips, made for a make shift apron. He was wearing his black tailored slacks and a white starched button down shirt with his sleeves rolled up His hair was a little mussed but he’d obviously spent the day in business meetings and working, then he’d come home and made this beautiful dinner. She slipped her hand around his waist. His body was warm and firm and she could feel his muscles moving under the sweet smelling cotton of his shirt.
“Hey.” He turned in her arms to look at her. “I didn’t hear you come in.” He bent his head and softly kissed her lips, lingering just long enough to gently graze her lower lip with his teeth making her sigh and lean into him. She smiled.
“Where are the children? Did you sell them to a passing band of Gypsies?”
Glenn chuckled. “No they’re at your brothers.”
    Lisa’s eye brows raised.
“Really? And just how did you manage that?”
He smiled down at her, his blue eyes crinkled and twinkled making her stomach flutter like a teenager.
    “I have my ways.”
She cocked one eye brow at him. She knew her brother pretty well, and there’s no way he, Mr. Playboy-man-about-town, would freely offer to take two kids for a whole weekend without some kind of recompense.
Glenn sighed and nodded. “Okay, a little bribery, a little blackmail, but hey, he’s taking them to the circus! They’ll have a great time and…” he pulled her close. She could feel his warm firm body pressed tightly to her. “…That means I can have a whole selfish weekend with my beautiful, sexy wife.” He bent his head and trailed small kisses down her neck starting behind her ear and leaving a trail of tingles that worked their way all the way down to her toes. She sighed audibly as he pulled away.
He leaned forward and kissed her nose. “Now I want you to head upstairs and take a nice hot bath. When you’re finished, dinner will be ready.”
“Well, if you insist.” She grinned and hesitantly pulled away heading up the stairs to their bedroom. She thought about how many people were lucky enough to have been married for 10 years and still be so crazy in love with their spouse. She’d always been a big fan of him and his music, but she knew the day she’d met him after a concert he’d given benefiting the school she worked for, that there was a very special connection. They’d spent a whirlwind weekend together and he’d had to go back to the states. She thought she’d never survive that devastating separation. How had she fallen so hard for a man she’d only known a few days? But he’d come back for her, they’d been married a week later and had been on a honeymoon for the past ten years. The results were a beautiful home, two wonderful children and more happiness then she thought possible.
She opened the door to the bathroom. Candles were everywhere, interspersed with bouquets of lavender making the room smell sweet and spicy and warm with a soft glow. She ran the tub that had been sprinkled with dried rose petals and some thing that smelled like roses and lavender and made wonderful thick foam as the steaming water filled the tub. She undressed and combed her long brown hair back pinning it up off her neck. She Slipped into the tub letting the hot water swallow her and the sweet, spicy steam penetrate her skin. She leaned back and closed her eyes as all her muscles started to relax. A soft tap came at the door.
She sighed, feeling like a princess. “You may enter.”
She heard Glenn’s familiar chuckle as he sat on the edge of the tub.
    “Thank you, your Highness.”
She peeked at him. He was holding a glass of wine and his eyes were soft and warm with that look he got just before… well, it was a look she was very familiar with.
“Is that for me?” She smiled knowingly up at him.
“I thought you might enjoy a little refreshment before dinner.” He handed her the glass and took a big soft white towel off the hook by the door and laid it in his lap.
    “Here, give me your foot.”
She furrowed her brow at him but complied and lifted her foot out of the soapy water. She’d treated herself to a pedicure last week just before Glenn had come home from yet another business trip. At least it hadn’t been another tour, although she was sure that wasn’t far away. Tours were so hard for both of them. She didn’t want to stop working and he was always working and traveling and it was just too much for her to try and keep up. Summers weren’t so bad when she was off work, but with the kids now, it just wouldn’t be possible to be with him through out the entire tour. Maybe that’s why they were so close, they really cherished the time they did have together.
Glenn lifted her foot and placed it on his lap in the towel. He began massaging it starting by pressing his thumbs firmly on her heel and sliding it up her arch to her toes. She moaned and laid her head back. His big, warm strong hands worked magic on her sore feet, working their ways up her claves, kneading the muscles and releasing all the tensions there. He gently lifted each foot as he finished and placed it back in the warm water.
When he’d finished, he stood and bent over her brushing a kiss across her mouth. She grabbed his shirt in her fist and pulled him to her deepening the kiss and nearly pulling him into the water. He stopped himself from falling, bracing against the sides of the tub and slowly pulled back. A grin spread across his mouth as he shook a finger at her.
“Ah ah! Not yet.” He ran his thumb over her lips and his eyes glazed again with pure heat. “Dinner’s ready when you are.” His voice had a deep husky tone now that went a long with the heat in his eyes.
She met his heated gaze with one of her own.
    “Oh, I'm ready.” She smiled.
He smiled back and bit his lower lip. “Then come down stairs.” He backed out of the bathroom leaving her to dry off and wrap up in a big soft white bathrobe that hung on the back of the door.
Relaxed, dried and wrapped in her bathrobe she sipped her wine and made her way back down the stairs. He had put on some soft music in the background and lit the candles on the table. He was waiting for her at the foot of the stairs and showed her like a maître d to her seat, pulling out her chair and placing a kiss below her ear before pulling away. He smiled and wiggled his eye brows at her as he backed into the kitchen returning with two plated dishes and set one before her and the other at his own place.
“Chicken Parmigiana, Penne with Alfredo and steam asparagus.”
Lisa’s eyes went wide. She had had no idea he knew how to cook like this.
“Wow, Glenn, this is amazing.” She lifted a piece of penne to her mouth. The sauce was rich and cheesy and creamy, the pasta was warm and chewy and delicious. The entire meal was wonderful and Glenn beamed at each moan and sigh of culinary pleasure that escaped Lisa’s lips. They chatted during dinner and Lisa told him about the unusually difficult day, putting it down to this being the last weekend before sprint break. Glenn told Lisa about some plans for a new album the band was thinking about. A new album would be wonderful news. They’d be recording in London and that’d mean he’d be home for quite a while! A tour would no doubt come after the album, but in the mean time, she’d have him here for at least a year, maybe two!
When they finished Glenn cleaned the dishes, not allowing her to help. Then stood by her chair holding out a hand for her.
“I have desert, but we’ll get to that later.” He pulled her to her feet and lead her to the living room. The fire was starting to dim so he added a log and sat her on the sofa before it. Once he had the fire burning hot he took the seat beside her pulling her into his arms and burying his face in her hair.
    “Mmm, you smell so good.”
They spent an hour in front of the fire letting their actions speak much louder then any words they might have used. The Glenn whispered in her ear.
    “Time for desert.”
She looked at him oddly. Of all the things she had in mind right now, food wasn’t one of them. But the mischievous look in his eye let her know there was more to desert then cake and ice cream. She took his hand and he lead her up the stairs to their bedroom and sat her on the bed. He took a long soft silk scarf from the drawer and sat beside her.
She narrowed her eyes at him and looked questioningly.
    “Trust me?”
    She smiled.
    “Of course.”
    “Close your eyes.”
She did and he wrapped the scarf around her eyes and tied it loosely behind her head. She felt him stand and she reached for his hand. He picked it up and kissed it.
    “I’ll be right back.”
She heard him walk across the soft carpet and open the small bar refrigerator in the corner of the room. Soon she felt him sit back on the bed beside her. Suddenly she was nervous and she bit her lip. She heard him moving and sounds she couldn’t quite place.
    “Now, open your mouth.”
She did. Something cold and creamy was on her tongue and she closed her mouth to find something firm between her teeth. She bit gently and the cool sweet juices of a strawberry mixed with the tangy creaminess making an explosion of tastes and sensations in her mouth. She moaned.
    “You like it?”
    She nodded.
    “It’s Italian cream and strawberries.”
He fed her three more strawberries before giving into the temptation of kissing the cream off her lips.
Lisa woke to the sounds of Marta, the house keeper down stairs. They’d left quite a mess after dinner and Lisa was glad to have Marta, knowing she wouldn’t complain. She sleepily turned over to look at her sleeping husband. His tanned skins contrasting so beautifully with the white sheets, it made her want to nestle into his arms and stay forever. There was no question; she was indeed the luckiest woman alive.
