A shorter line for the ladies' room?? Wow, Timothy is a miracle-worker indeed! lol
I have to wonder at the Chicago show if we could have miraculously walked through the wall and been outside when Timothy left, if we would have gotten a hello and some picks! I remember there were some fans waiting for him outside but do you think he was prepared that early on with picks in his pocket?

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.

Thanks for the review post, Koala. Largely favorable, and I'm particularly pleased to read that at least some of the critics thinks he'll continue with solo work...
I just need a little downtime.........
Thanks for finding and posting that review, Koala. A decent read, and the last sentence left me feeling very optimistic! I like the use of "arrestingly lovely" as a description of the music. I know what he means.

Thanks from me too, Koala. That was a pretty decent review. And all of you Borderers who were at the show - have you come down from Cloud #9 yet ???

Nope! Although, it all feels a bit surreal now. I'm thrilled we've got the pictures and picks to remember it by.
I will stress again that Tim seemed very keen to come back. I'm betting that's not the last time the UK will see and hear him solo.

Just a little something from a blogger.

Damn fine evening, Nell Bryden opened the show in fine style. TBS still has a superb voice. The new record 'Expando' took centre stage and was very well recieved. Instead of taking the easy option TBS mostly kept away from the Eagles back catalogue only playing a sublime 'I Can't Tell You Why' and 'Love Will Keep Us Alive' co-written by Paul Carrack who joined TBS in the encore. The two highlights were without the band for Richie Furay's 'What You Gonna Do' and a cover of Steve WInwood's 'Can't Find My Way Home'.
What a great venue too.
He sings it high, he plays it low
Cool, thanks for that, Willie!
